Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
So, I am having this strange issue, started out of nowhere two days ago. As you can clearly see the downloader is still running. It isn't paused. However, in the photo above it says zeros. Ive been trying to troubleshoot this for a couple days now. getting frustrated ... Has this happened to anyone else. Can anyone share some information that might help me resolve this problem?
