Synology Pkg-Center showing "stopped"

Hi,

I'm using a DS411J with SABnzbd 0.6.15 - running DSM 4.0-2198

the Package Center shows SABnzbd as "stopped" when it's actually running - and running fine.

Anyone else had this happen? Any way to "fix" it - i know it seems cosmetic - but these things annoy me...
