About 48 hours ago my history blanked out. It still tracks usage (lifetime xfer, etc.). I removed the history1.db file from /admin. Upon relaunch, it created a new history1.db file. Same problem. Something else strange, about 1 month ago, NZB files started actually being downloaded and had to be manually entered into SABnzbd, instead of NZB links auto populating in SABnzbd.
Mac OS X 10.7.3, SABnzbd 0.6.15, log +debug shows no errors.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Re-install and assign NZB files to SABnzbd again with Finder.

Reinstalling SABnzbd and my Chrome plugins and a restart helped the 1-click/download nzb problem... however History still doesn't update even with a fresh install.

Does the history show the same behavior when you're using Safari?
