File stuck in queue

Post by heywoodu »

Hello,

Since yesterday I am having a problem with SABnzbd. Something I tried to download wasn't complete, so I deleted it, but now it doesn't get out of the queue, no matter what I do.
It also keeps the priority on "forcing", the highest, which I am sure slows down my other downloads, as I cannot put them on the highest priority (I can, but SABnzbd lowers it in a couple of seconds).

So here is what I see:

Does anyone know how to get this one file ('psych-seizoen') out of there? I searched around the Internet for some time of course, but couldn't find the answer.

Kind regards,
heywoodu

PS: I am using version 0.6.10 on Windows 7.

Yes, I tried both solutions offered in there, but the first one didn't work (just got a Windows error that something was wrong with the parameter), and for the second one I couldn't locate the folder that should have those files (I found a folder that could be the cache folder, but those files mentioned in that topic weren't there).

In this case click on the stuck job and you'll get an overview of files waiting to be downloaded.
If it's just a small file, delete it and the job will finish.

All I see when I click on the stuck job is this:

When I click on any other job (that works, only a lot slower than usual) I do see a list of files waiting to be downloaded, I only get this screen with the stuck job...

Strange, this means that there are no files to be downloaded any more.
(This particular display error is handled better in the next release).
Does it help to restart SABnzbd?

With restarting SABnzbd you mean closing the tab in Chrome and open it again right? I tried that several times (even restarted Chrome itself), but nothing changed...

No; that wont restart SABnzbd. Method to restart: in the webinterface go to Options (right upper corner), then select Restart.

(Or: reboot your computer)
