Failed login for server (502 already authenticated)

Hi guys,
All was well until today where I cannot get sabnzbd to work.
I am getting this error: Failed login for server [502 already authenticated] on the connections tab.
On the latest warnings tab, I am getting: Failed login for server news.giganews.com:563
I have checked all the log in details for both GN and SAB, but just cant figure this out.
any help would be appreciated.

Hi all,

I've suddenly had this problem come up on my computer after moving house. No changes to anything at all, but all of a sudden SABNZB won't connect to my astraweb access.

Has anyone come up with a solution so far? Passwords and access are all the same. No changes have been made to ports or firewalls.

Really odd.... And could really use some help.

Check with an alternative program like Grabit.
If that gives the same result, contact Astraweb.

I just got back from shopping and bizarrely the download had started and completed all by itself. Might have been a outage at astraweb. I didn't get chance to test it anywhere else though. I'll keep my on it and see if it fails again.

Most Usenet providers take measures against sharing accounts.
Using a new IP within a certain time after the previous one, may trigger it.
