Download fails, missing par-files but manual extract works

Hello there, first some general information

Version: (Ex: 0.6.15)
OS: (Windows Server 2003)
Install-type: (Windows Installer)
Skin (if applicable): (Plush-gold)
Firewall Software: (XP SP2 Firewall)
Are you using IPV6? (no)
Is the issue reproducible? (yes)

While most downloads work perfectly, will be finished and extracted, sometimes sabnzbd can't download the par-repair files and ends the download.
If I check the incomplete download with QuickPar, all downloaded parts are good and i can extract them manually. so why doesn't sabnzbd even try to extract
when all files except the repairfiles are complete?

Could be a non-standard naming of the par2 files.

There is a problem sending the emails to this address, no idea

I found out that par2.exe got errors when it tries to verify the download. i switched off "multicore par2" because my download-pc has got only a singlecore and the first retry of a failed download worked!
I will further investigate and i hote that was the problem :-)
