Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Downloads not completing
Just recently my sabnzbd has been acting pretty oddly. Quite a few of my downloads stop downloading at a few hundred megs remaining and sabnzbd just skips to the next download. Currently I have 10 downloads in the queue all at 100-500MB remaining and they will not finish downloading. If I repair queue it will reload the queue and each file will have a few GB left to download and it stops again at a few hundred MB. Anyone experienced this before? Is there a solution?

Do you have multiple servers of which one doens't respond anymore?

No. Just one server. No errors are being shown it just skips on to the next one.

Check which files are still needed.
Click the jib title in the queue.
If there are very few, just delete them.
