I can download movie & music just fine, but whenever I try to download anything in the "Games" tab I get "Download failed - Out of your server's retention?" after it downloads everything 100%

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Your log is on the Status page, but we prefer that you don't post it.
There are many reasons downloads may fail.
We're not going to analyse each log of a failing download, only
when there's a clear suspicion of a bug in SABnzbd.
