New to newsgroups and sabnzbd but can't find any discussion or help on this. Many of the files I have been downloading end up as two separate files (usually titled cd1 and cd2). Bit of a pain when trying to watch a movie! What am I doing wrong here or what should I be looking for in the description of the file to make sure I only download things that will come together as one file (.mkv or whatever, doesn't really matter to me..)! I use astraweb and a mac...

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

- look for post with size between 2222 and 9999 MB to get DVDs (and not two CDs), or
- put "MKV" or "x264" or "h264" in your search term
