Recently the SABnzbd+ icon has disappeared from Growl notifications and has been replaced by the default OSX network icon. Not entirely sure if this is an issue with SABnzbd+ or Growl, although SABnzbd+ seems to be the only application that Growl is having trouble with.
I've tried removing SABnzbd+ from Growl and letting it re-add itself in hopes of the proper icon returning, but no such luck.
Hope this is useful information and someone can help! Thanks!
It's a Growl problem.
Because SABnzbd isn't a Cocoa application, it can only use the GNTP protocol.
(We use that also because it's universal for all platforms).
The Growl developers have disabled icon support for GNTP in 1.3.3
and promised to enable it again for 1.4
I originally thought it had something to do with Growl as this started happening after it was updated to 1.3.3, what threw me off was that SABnzbd+ was the only application experiencing the issue. That makes perfect sense though, as SABnzbd+ is probably the only non-Cocoa application installed on my machine. Thanks for the awesome reply, sorry for the stupid post/question.
