Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I'd say that your disk is (nearly full).
Any (other) errors and warnings visible on the Status page?
What you show now is just a post that's not the Usenet server.
You can get the same result if the system has problems with writing to the disk.

Check the log file (especially the end) on the Status page for errors and warnings.
With just the limited info you give, there's not much I can do.

The path is too long.
So far SABnzbd cannot get beyond the Windows path size limit of 256.
You need to set a path element limit in SABnzbd.
It's a bit tricky to do, but explained here:
