Do you have multiple servers of which one is often off-line?

Which provider?
SABnzbd has a weak point in that this behavior occurs when one server
refuses to admit that it doesn't have a certain article.
You may need to increase the server timeout value.
Many servers prefer you to use something between 60 and 120.
(The weak point will be addressed in the next major release.)

Yes, this will effectively stop further download progress.
It looks like your Usenet provider is off-line.
In case SABnzbd is the cause, a restart should solve that.

Click on the halted job.
Check which files are still needed.
If it's something like an NFO file, then delete it.

it is in rar parts and is missing a part in each one (round 30 parts), just uninstalled and reinstalled a older version, tested on a second computer using the same NZB and it worked fine on there

*UPDATE

ithink its something to do with 0.6.14, downgraded to 0.5.6 and is working fine now -_-

Did you at least try a restart of 0.6.14?
What you did now is not a real proof.

I started getting this with SABnzbd Version: 0.6.15 -- Every single file would stop with just a tiny bit to download. For me it was the fact that I had a backup server listed. Once I removed the backup server it worked completely fine.
