My movies arent extracting and my files not being deleted???

Hey guys, ive been using sabnzb, astraweb, mainly nzbmatrix, and headphones for about a year. Headphones just a little while. Anyway for the first 6 months I used firefox and everyth worked fine and then I had to keep setting everything back numerous times becuase everytime I would log out of my browser or turn off the computer I would have to completly reset up couch potato and sickbeard. After I got it working again, whenever I download a movie to sabnzb I would go to my download.complete file and I would have to extract the movie and all files would be there. Before I had it set up somehow to extract on its own and get rid if all files(sample, nfo, sfv, par, rar, etc., everything except the movie file and maybe subs. I just switched from firefix to chrome because fot somereason fox was running super slow no matter how many times I reinstalled it. chrome is running ok and its great except its doing the same thing. I have all the necesaary boxes checked in sabnzb that apply, im almost sure, unless I have a box checked that im not supoose to. I also have .nfo,.sfv for the files to delete. I didnt know if it was ok to put the rest of the files there such as .rar,.par, .001, etc. because I didnt know.if that would delete my video file as well, I dont remeber if I put those file ext. there last time it worked or if I did something else. Also there arent any settings in nzbmatrix or asraweb that would affect this. Any ideas? Thanks F*CK SOPA/PIPA
