I've had these working in the past, and from what I've seen on this forum sabnzbd should be grabbing my bookmarked nzbs from NZBMatrix, but I can't at all get them to work again...
I've recently uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried to pull the bookmarks via filling out just the 'NzbMatrix Account info' section, just the RSS feed info - enabled, and both. I've generated fresh API keys, I've disabled my firewall. I don't get any errors, but it also never pulls the files. When I manually check the RSS feed everything seems to work - I see the list of bookmarks for my account.
Thanks for the help,
-Jake

NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Make sure you use the full RSS URL as listed in your nzbmatrix account page.
Also, nzbmatrix frequently has connectivity problems with its API.
One further thing you might do.
Stop SABnzbd.
Find SABnzbd's admin folder (somewhere in your profile) and delete rss_data.sab
c: \Users\user\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\admin\rss_data.sab

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Thanks for the help. I've deleted the rss_data.sab file. That plus removing all of the info in the Config->Index Sites section has done the trick. Everything is pulling across now.
Thanks again,

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Oddly, I've run into this issue as well. Following the instructions I ensured that the rss_data.sab file was deleted. Upon restart the file was recreated as expected. Once the RSS feed was polled it was populated with the appropriate bookmarks but they did not proceed into my downloads list...
Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
The first batch of a new RSS feed (and they're all new if you delete rss_data.sab) is
not automatically downloaded. Only subsequent new items are.
This is as it should work now because chances are that you already downloaded a lot of jobs.
You can use "Force download" if you want them anyway.

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Thanks Shypike. I've taken the following steps:
1.my NZB bookmarks are empty (deleted any old items)
2. shutdown SABNZBD
3. deleted the rss_data.sab
4. restarted SABNZBD
5. verified that rss_data.sab was recreated and is empty
6. bookmarked an nzb for NZBmatrix
7. forced a read of the rss feeds
8. verified that the rss_data.sab now contains the item pulled from the rss feed
9. no item ever shows up for downloading in sabnzbd+
I do not have any scheduling parameters and I am able to download items when i place nzb's in my watch folder without any problem.
Force download does not make any difference.
I did have this configured without any issue before. The fact that its populating the rss_data.sab file tells me that the API is working and the RSS feed is being read. It just seems the nzb never makes it from the rss_data.sab file to the download queue.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Did you create any NEW bookmarks and waited until the next automatic readout?

Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
Waiting for the next automatic readout rather than a forced readout seems to have worked. Thanks for your help Shypike. This software and your support is very good. Donation forthcoming. Cheers.
Re: NZBMatrix Bookmarks
The RSS UI is a bit confusing.
Any time you do a forced readout, jobs do not go to the queue.
The reason is that we expect you to check your matching results.
"Force download" will send any matching job to the queue.
