cleanup functionality / schedule

I've been looking around and I haven't found any decent solutions to this, so I am giving this a shot here.

What I would like is a button to press, or a schedule, to clean the Temporary Download Folder and the .NZB Backup folder.

Cleaning the temp folder can be done in the Status->QueueRepair page.
Just remove all orphans.
