- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
- Adhere to the forum rules.
- Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Port Issue
In an attempt to increase my download speeds I tried to change my https port to 563. After saving the changes and restarting I get the following error when I attempt to open the sabnzbd web interface: Error 312 (net::ERR_UNSAFE_PORT): Unknown error. And I cannot get back to the web interface to change the ports back to the ones that were working. I am unsure what to do or how to change them back. Thanks in advance.

It would be nice if you told us what the operating system is...
For Unix, Linux and OSX any port below 1024 is restricted to system level programs.
SABnzbd usually doesn't qualify.
