Hi, I've been using Sabnzbd for over a year, and I haven't changed anything but in the last few days, my files have stopped downloading. I don't know if this is an issue of hardware, connections, or what, so I'm seeking some guidance.
I'm not getting any sort of error messages, but my speeds are are in the range of 0 to 100 B/s - so basically they aren't doing anything. I peeked at the log and it looks like this:

Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
Possibly one of the jobs is stuck.
Check the setting "Only get articles for top of the queue" in Config->Switches.
It should be set "off".
Have you tried restarting SABnzbd (or the PC)?

Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
Here's what I've tried so far:
I've tried turning off the computer and restarting.
I tried disconnecting my router and reconnecting it.
I tried turning off SAB and restarting
I tried uninstalling SAB and reinstalling it.
I tried deleting the file I was attempting to download, got a different copy, and started over.
I've checked (and un-checked) "Only get articles for top of the queue".
I've used SAB quite a lot for some time now and haven't had an issue before. As I said in my original post, nothing has changed in my set up at all, so I assume that this is either a bug that's shown up somewhere or a hardware issue but I'm clueless as to what it could be. From the log, it looks like it's a connection problem, but I'm in the dark about interpreting any of that.

Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
Does the "Test Server" button in Config->Servers work?
Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
I don't have one. The only button options I have are: "Add Server", "Save Changes", and "Remove Server".
Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
Oh? What SABnzbd version are you using? See http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/config/Kay1 wrote:I don't have one. The only button options I have are: "Add Server", "Save Changes", and "Remove Server".
Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
SABnzbd+ 0.6.10
It seems to have fixed itself for the moment. After leaving it open for several hours, it has just now finally (successfully) connected and completed the download. Maybe it's some sort of intermittent hardware issue I have. I'll post again if it happens again. (Fingers crossed that I don't have to.)

Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
Why do you assume the problem wasn't with the Usenet provider?
Re: Please Help! Having Connection Issues
I'm sure that's possible, as well. I just didn't find any recent mention of issues with them when I was searching he internet looking for solutions. Usually there will be multiple users like myself complaining or looking for help on forums.
