Is the issue reproducible? yes
Recently I lost a raid array out of my storage server and had to reinstall/readd/redownload all my shows in sickbeard, this quickly smacked me up against the api limit on nzbmatrix.
This created probably 50 or so URL Fetching failed API_DOWNLOAD_LIMIT_REACHED messages in history. when I click try again i get a non-themed message saying it has been readding for processing, and I can see it fetch in the queue, and download correctly. The problem is the fail message never gets removed from the history pane, when you have 50 of these fail messages in a row and you are trying to get through this this makes it extremly difficult.
retried nzb's don't remove from history
