Is it possible to create a Sabnzbd server for multiple users

Hi there,

I bought a server and i would really like to run Sabnzbd on it, but also want to make it available for my friends. Are there any extensions available so multiple users can add nzb files and monitor/watch que without having to open web browser. Downloaded files ill make available by FTP or maybe streaming. If anyone has experience with this kind of Sabnzbd use please tell me everything about it:)

Then chjail the ftp directory That would work - i say use the email when nzb is added in case abuse starts happening. That should work well enough

That's easy enough. Just set up SABnzbd, set up an FTP server application, and point your FTP home dir at your SABnzbd completed file directory. Done.

Or if you don't want to share everything, make a category for "shared files", and point the FTP home directory at the category directory. Then you can filter what stuff gets shared by what category it has set.

guess i will also create an extra ftp account which can be used to drop nzb files, so friends can drop their nzb files (and let Sab listen this folder). Also will create an email adres that i will forward to all my friends that want to make use of my Sabnzbd server. So when someone dropped a nzb he will be noticed when its available.
