Well, I left it for over an hour after the --clean process and it didn't end up being accessible through the browser. I got an error message in windows stating that there was an error, and that I can look at it in the log file. Unfortunately there was nothing in the logfile to look at.
At this point I'm considering just wiping everything and starting from scratch again, which will probably cost me a few hours unfortunately.

Re: Delay in Browser Access
Make a backup of your sabnzbd.ini file.
That contains most of the important stuff.
BTW: If you page through it and all looks reasonable, I see no reason to throw it away.
You can save yourself time by copying the category, rss and server sections.
Also, the INI parser is very zero-tolerance, so corruption isn't very likely.

Re: Delay in Browser Access
Well, I got it working quite well again. I copied my ini file, then renamed the old userdata folder to something else. I then opened SAB and let it create new user folders. Then I shut it down, copied my old ini file overtop the new one, and rebooted. Following that, I updated to 0.6.10, then rebooted again. At this point, everything works perfectly again. All of my settings are retained and I can access SAB through the browser immediately. All I lost was my download history, which I don't really care about anyway.
At any rate, it seems that I'm up and running well again. Thanks again for all of the help!

Re: Delay in Browser Access
Unfortunately I must admit that I have no idea what went wrong here.
Must be some very unusual data corruption.
