dbconn: mysql_connect: Host 'nzbmatrix.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
can someone help me with this or tell me what it means? please!!!

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
