hey guys,

im new to this whole new NZB thing. up until recently, i've used utorrent with an RSS feed to grab tv shows. i've only been using newsgroups for a month or two and would love to configure sabnzbd to take over from utorrent.

i've already popped a feed in and it appears to pickup all the episodes. the problem I have is that the site i'm using for my feed has multiple releases for the one show... i've put in a filter to only show 720p episodes - easy, but there's multiples releases for each episode.

so my question is.. what can i stick into the filter box to get sabnzbd to download ONE release of a requested TV show and ignore any additional releases that may come out?

You can't. Different releases of the same thing will always be considered different to SABnzbd, so dupe detection won't work. If you want this, use Sickbeard to source your content.

hmm fair enough. so you can't put any logic/simple math into the filter that says grab S01E03, and once it's been matched - only accept S01E04 next time?

i gotta say, having a quick look at Sickbeard - it looks pretty awesome.

edit: thanks heaps for the headsup on sickbeard. i've spent some time configuring it and it's amazing. works beautifully hand-in-hand with sabnzbd!
