Sickbeard post-processing getting stuck

Post by jjphoto »

(Cross-post from SickBeard forums)

I'm running Windows 7, SABnzbd 0.6.9 and SickBeard alpha 448

I had the transfer of shows between SB and SAB going just fine for about a week, but now, when SAB is done downloading, it tells me it's running the exe script, and then gets stuck on this message:

"Processing folder C:\Users\JMJ2\Documents\Downloads\complete\Parks.and.Recreation.S03E14.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION"

The files never get transferred out of my "complete" folder and into the TV folder setup in SB. The autoProcessTV.cfg is set with all default values (I have no name/pass, and the other settings are standard).

Here is my SAB "categories" page:

Here is the "post-processing" page in SB:

Here is a portion of the debug log:

Code: Select all

Sep-24 15:39:34 ERROR    POSTPROCESSER :: Automatic post-processing attempted but dir  doesn't exist
Sep-24 15:39:34 DEBUG POSTPROCESSER :: Starting new thread: POSTPROCESSER
It looks like SickBeard can't create the directory, even when it's already there.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Help! :)

First off, you need to disable "Scan and Process" since you're using the postprocessing script. Secondly, are you sure there's a video file in the dir being processed by SB?
