I tried following the google link on reasons why im getting the 481 error message. I verified my account is active and paid. Im still not able to find why im still not able to download anything. Any direct advice would be helpful. Thanks@

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
