I'm fairly new to sabnzbd , sickbeard and couch potato, but loving it so far!
What I'm wondering though, is how to get those downloads that end up in my default downloads folder to end up there...with no folder..just the file in the default download folder...
Tv Shows that I follow gets put to its correct folder(show, season) 'cos they're in their own category 'tv', but shows that I'll only watch once go to default dir...I'd like to get rid of the folder for those..

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

The text at the top of the Config->Categories tells you what to do.
Each destination folder that ends with an asterisk * will have no job folders.

Thanks, I'll check it out after work today! I'll try and set up the default profile that way.
