Hope some one can just explain to me. Im a nubi to NZB so please excuse if it ignorant. When I dump files it works great but in the last 2 days I have tried two of aprox 4,686M each. Both give me the same error +- 3M from completion "» Download failed - Out of your server's retention? ". Can some one tell me what this is, I have tried more than once on both

Firewall Software: turned of
Are you using IPV6? no

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Does it happen to all NZB files or just the ones you mentioned?
Each Usenet server has it's own retention time, the time material stays on the server.
If the material that your NZB describes is older than that, you're out of luck.
Check the age of the NZB, by holding the mouse pointer over it and check
what the retention time of your server is (it's never a very exact number).
The history entry of the failed job (click on it) should show how many articles were missing.
(BTW: if none were missing, there's another problem.)
