Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
Been using nzbmatrix for a month or so now, so still fairly n00bish.
I have only setup one RSS feed (using nzbmatrix), which does does work... However randomly, like once every couple of days, I'll get this warning/error:
This indeed sometimes happens .. most of the time it is a nzbmatrix problem, sending out RSS feeds that are not like they have to be
So best is to ask nzbmatrix to solve the problem .. as they cause it
(this happens in more clients so that's why I know it is a nzbmatrix problem)
