I just recently began to have problems with my download speeds. I am using SABnzb 0.6.7 (same problem with previous version) on OS X Lion with Astraweb. When I ran out of credits from Astraweb a download was paused until I purchased some more credits. I immediately purchased new credits unlimited speeds 180 GB. But, after this interruption the download speeds never stayed stable at maximum speeds again. I am able to download but after an initial maximum (2.5Mbits) the speeds quickly fall down (100 -300kbits) and sometimes even halt, then pick up again (1.2 - 1.7 Mbits) and this goes on until I eventually complete the download. I never had this problem before. I was always able to max out the connection with a stable 2.5 Mbits. The file size differs from 80 MB to around 8GB and the queue is around 1- 3 items long. I don't have speed problems when downloading outside of SABnzb. I've already reinstalled the programe several times, completely deleted the application support folder, changed servers/ports/max. connections etc.
Anybody have an idea what I am left to try to solve this issue? Your hep would be much appreciated!

- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
- Adhere to the forum rules.
- Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

No suggestions really, except that I have more trouble getting my AstraWeb account to the maximum
than my other accounts.
How many connections do you use? Are you using the nearest Astraweb server, did you try the others?
