Items don't show in queue

Hey there I have a question maybe someone can help me with. How come all of a sudden my SABnzbd says idle every time I try and download something? the items i download do not even show up in the queue

Any suggestions?

Don't hijack existing threads with unrelated questions.
Which skin are you using and have you tried another one?
Which refresh rate did you set?

I am using SABnzbd 0.6.5 and the problem is I have never done anything different. I been downloading for months all of a sudden one day it says idle and it has continued to say that .
I have no idea what the problem is . All I know is they keep charging me monthly fee

Do you add the NZB via SAB's webinterface? If so, have you tried another webbrowser, so Chrome or Firefox or ...?

The brute-force way is to:
1. Stop SABnzbd
2. move all files out of the admin folder
3. start SABnzbd

Where's the admin folder? Depends on your OS.

shypike thank you for helping but I am not sure what else to do . I tried to move all the folders out of the admin folder and when I do it says they are being used by someone else or another program. I dont have any other programs open when I tried it

This happened last week and I have not been able to download since. Do I need this program to download or can I use something else ?

If the files are "in use" then SABnzbd must still be running.
