Download stops when OSX Lion goes into hibernate

Since a few days I've got OSX Lion installed on my new iMac. I downloaded the latest beta version of Sabnzbd (beta 2).

When I have several nzb's lined up for downloading, the downloads stop when Lion goes into hibernate. As soon as I wake up Lion, the downloads resume.
I don't recall having this problem under Snow Leopard.

Have others noticed this?
Is it a wrong setting on my part, a bug in Sabnzbd or perhaps a bug in Lion?

Of course downloading stops when Lion goes into hibernate.
(BTW I thought OSX only had standby).

Do you perhaps mean that Lion goes into hibernate while SABnzbd is still downloading?
It might, but that's caused by the power management settings of OSX.
Power management is usually tied to user activity and SABnzbd doesn't count as that.
SABnzbd doesn't do anything to keep OSX awake during it's downloading.
(We do that on the Windows version, but not on OSX).
So your perceived change is likely to be some change in the behaviour of Lion (I wouldn't call it a bug).

You're right, OSX Lion goes into hibernate whilst Sabnzbd is still downloading and thus stopping the downloads.

I thought that Snow Leopard didn't stop the downloads in Sabnzbd when going into hibernate (On my Dutch OSX Lion it's called "sluimer", translation is I guess hibernate or slumber).

I'll see if I can change something in the power management settings of Lion.

Not sure if there are documented ways to keep OSX awake.
