Problem verifying a download

I downloaded a file that was 2.37GB. Never had a problem downloading and opening large files like that before. RIght when it finished downloaded, it started verifying it, going 0/50 to 50/50 and immediately after it changed to "Retry." I clicked "Retry" again and it downloaded the last 20MB again and verified again, but it failed again. I redownloaded the file and it still happened. Can this be fixed?

I assume you are new to Usenet downloading?
Incomplete posts just happen, for all sorts of reasons.
Try to find a better NZB file or find an NZB that has extra par2 files.

On top of what shypike says: the post could be too old ('out of retention') for your newsserver. Choose a younger post.
