Fill Server/Backup Server Settings?

Okay so I have read the wiki but the settings suggested don't SEEM to be working.

Using supernews, I tried downloading True Blood season 2. As expected HBO killed it and i had a fair few missing articles. I also have a blocknews account set as backup but it never seems to be using any GB from my blocknews. I checked my account and nothing has been used.

My settings are:
Supernews: Primary/SSL/Enable
Blocknews: Backup/SSL

Shall i change block to Backup/SSL/Enable?

Enabling a server is a requirement.
Disabled servers are not used.
