- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
- Adhere to the forum rules.
- Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Warning errors/failed downloads
Hi been trying to get some downloads but over the last few weeks nearly all the downloads i try to start fail n i get a warning msg appear (skipping (reason=no element found, line=xxxx) or something similar.Nothing wrong with the download links as ive been able to get them to work on others puters.Any ideas as to where im goin wrong ?

Sign of incorrect or empty NZB files.

get all my downloads from nzbmatrix never used to have this problem,ive had 4 file warnings to day only managed to get 1 to work.Latest warning

It's a known issue with nzbmatrix that very recent NZB files do not show up in the API fast enough and sometimes they never show up.
Effectively, SABnzbd receives an empty file.
Can you get the same NZB file from the website itself?
