SABnzbd+ https not starting on Mac OS X 10.6.7 (SL)

Post by hugochavez »

When I set up and enable https (using 0.6.5 dmg) SABnzbd+ doesn't complete its start up sequence. A process shows up with 3 threads, and the tray app instantiates, but both the tray app and localhost:9090 are unresponsive. Also, no output to the log file for the current start up sequence.

Disable the https flag in the ini file, and all is well again.

Any clues?

TIA

None really.
HTTPS works OK on OSX, except not on yours.
Does it work if you don't use localhost but the host name?
(Or an empty host name).

Using the host name doesn't help.

Figured it out. The default port (9090) was blocking, preventing start up from completing.
