After upgrading sabnzbd to version 0.6.4 I notice that my download speeds are very irregular. Where I used to have a steady 4.6MB/sec I know have speeds varying from 2,1 to 4,6MB/sec in a matter of seconds. Really spiky behaviour.
Even after de-installing 0.6.4 and installing a fresh copy of 0.6.5 the same behaviour persists. When I use another client (SpotNet) for downloading, I see that steady 4.6MB/sec again.
Some general data:
Provider: LightningUsenet
# Connections: 8
SSL: Not enabled
Port : 119
Anyone noticed the same after upgrading to any of the above versions?

Yes it has been reported by some people.
