I had sabnzbd on my old computer, and it worked great. I would find the nzb I wanted, click the download link from its website, and when it gave me the option, I'd click "Open" instead of "Save." It would immediately open sabnzbd, or, if it was already open, would simply add that file to the queue.
Now I've got a new computer, and it's really not working correctly. Every time I click to open a new nzb file, it starts a whole new sabnzbd process. If I'm downloading 20 files, it starts 20 processes. Worst of all, none of the processes seem to be aware of each other - I end up with 1 process downloading one file quickly, and 19 processes each downloading one file very slowly.
I know I'm using a different version (0.6.2) than I was before, but unfortunately, I don't have the old installation file, or I'd revert back in a heartbeat. I've looked everywhere for an answer, but haven't found anything. Does anybody have any ideas at all?
Every nzb starts a new process

Re: Every nzb starts a new process
I believe that's a bug with 0.6.2 in combination with HTTPS.
So: Upgrade to 0.6.4.

Re: Every nzb starts a new process
Did you set .nzb's to be opened with sabnzbd ?
If so .. then what is happening is correct .. as you tell it to start a new sabnzbd.exe process for every nzb
Have a look at this to solve this : http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/usage
