Schedule rule enable / disable

Thanks for 0.6.4 guys, it's awesome and very much appreciated.

Here's my feature req: The ability to enable/display individual items on the "Scheduling" page.

Yup. I couldn't find a thread or tracker entry with such request... However I have been known to fail to see stuff right in front of me so apologies if it has already been requested.
