Did a new install of 0.6.4 on Windows7
Setup Wizard did start with the language selection page.
On 'Next' the next page of the wizard never loaded!!
Tried for several hours to get it working (switched of firewall, restarted windows etc...)
At last I switched from my default Firefox4.0.1 browser to IE 9........the setup wizard worked fine!
