i have 0.6.2 and my speed always stays on 1kb/s in de webviewer of sabnzbd. however in realtime those downlaods are going with 4600 kb/s. I restarted sabnzbd but it didnt help.
i did noticed that maybe the download is to old. with new downloads it displays correctly

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Which skin do you use?
What's the refresh rate?
NZB beyond the retention rate of your provider will show as having a very low speed.
This is because all SABnzbd gets is "don't have article" messages (after some delay).
