downloads seems very slow 1kb/s

hi, i think my antivirus software might be slowing my connection sppeds down.

does anyone know what to configure in avast to improve my connection speed?

Isn't this just an NZB out of the retention time of your Usenet server?
That also looks like a slow connection.
