SABnzbd blocking nzb matrix website

Since installing SABnzbd I am unable to view nzb matrix website from any computer on my router.
I'm using widows XP but am a complete novice to this process.
I've tried searching for info to no avail.
I'm sure this is something simple but as I say I don't much idea what I'm doing.

SABnzbd runs it own web server on the PC you start it on,
but that doesn't influence web sites.
I can think of no way it can influence other PCs connected to your router.
Does it help to stop SABnzbd?
Did you reset your router?

No does not matter if I stop SABnzbd.
Have not been able to access the website for 2 days.
I have restarted the router a few times.

Did you install some third-party utility for SABnzbd in Firefox (like nzbdStatus)?
Do you have more than one web browser and do all of them fail to connect to nzbmatrix.com?
Did you check this file?
c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Does it have an entry for nzbmatrix.com, it should not.

Did you try this from a command prompt?
ping www.nzbmatrix.com

I did have sick beard installed but have since removed it but that has not helped.
Tried a different web browser...would not connect either.

Windows file has no entry.
ping command timed out.

Check with your neighbours.
Maybe your ISP is blocking them?
nzbmatrix is currently online.

I'm in Australia using TPG and cannot find anything on the local forums to suggest its the ISP.
Had no problem registering and viewing the website initially, only once I started trying to use SABnzbd and sick beard.
I can still access my nzbmatrix account through my mobile phone account.

Thanks for our help..I've been trying the ISP help pages.
Other ISP users don't seem to have an issue.
Am getting on to the website through an ISP proxy.
Not sure what this means but its working.
