    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
    We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
  • Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Some files are downloaded but not saved

When i try to download, some files are downloaded but not saved, and i get an error  Download failed - Out of your server's retention?
It is certainly not retention issue.

You need to check the SABnzbd log file for error reports.

Thanks. The log shows it is missing from all servers.
Now that i know where the log is, i can debug failed downloads.
