Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

Hi this this my first post.
I've a problem with SAB, I use it with SickBeard and It happens that sometimes SickBeard find correctly a NZB file (Survivors S02E01) and send it to SAB
but then I get this strange behaviour:
It happens only with some files, but I can't find any reason
instead when I add the same file manually (taken from the Womble's NZB index) everything goes fine:
Assuming you mean the last line in the queue.
For some reason SickBeard sends a URL to SABnzbd instead of an NZB.
Only it looks like the URL isn't sent in the correct way.
I've seen garbage in the queue come from not having correct config for the particular provider / api key / etc.
I can't remember if it looked exactly like what you're showing there though.
Every NZB retrieval based on a URL looks like that for some time.
Later it will turn into a normal line.
If the API key is wrong, it will be much longer in the queue,
depending on how usable the site's error messages are.
