Cyclops addon problem?

Hi all, don't know if I'm doing something stupid here...probably am.

Trying to install cyclops plugin but even after I enter the API key and the address (http://localhost etc) Its not connecting and it won't save those settings in the preferences.

What I have done:
1. downloaded x64 version
2. unrared in the sabnzbd program folder/cyclops
3. run cylclops.exe
At this point it pops up in my system tray and I tried to enter the information for the program
A) tried it with sabnzbd currently running, test ok - but after I hit save and close preferences getting an error
B) tried it with sabnzbd fully shutdown, tests ok - but same problem - and it won't open the sabnznbd prog within cyclops

Thoughts??

Instead of using http://localhost use http://127.0.0.1
