HELP PLEASE MyNZB and SABMobile

i have purchased both and cant get them to work at all, well i can get them to work when there on my wifi but asoon as i leave my house and im on 3G it will not connect, i had tried everything, different IP taht ppl keep saying, different ports 8080, 9090, went into my router disabled firewall, enabled DMZ, my router wont let me forward my 8080 or 9090 for some reason so i didnt bother, but im currently able to DL using those ports so not sure if thats an issue, im currently on MAc snow leopard too,  i cant get this to work can someon please walk me through the process to get it to ork properly i realy woudl love to use these apps when im not at home please someone?

Doesn't OSX also have an internal firewall that needs to be adjusted?
DMZ-ing your system without further security measures is asking for trouble.
If your router is so primitive that it doesn't do port-redirection, it's time to replace it.

my router is a modem/router its the SMC from Rogers Canada,  there is trigering and then port forwading :) but i cant get this to work
