first the essential details:
Version 0.5.6
OS Windows 7
Windows installer
Firewall: McAfee & Microsoft essential & Router software( mecer E5104N2)
Connection 10meg ADSL
About a week ago I had to reset my router (I obtained it from my ISP ) and they gave me instructions on how to reprogram it
After reprogramming it I ran speed tests and got 8-10 megs
However my downloads ran incredibly slow, going up to a paltry 10kb before slowing down to nothing- idle
Previously I ran at full speed.
I contacted my isp and they have no clue
After logging into my router I cant find a place to turn off the fireawall- if that is the problem?
I have attached a screenshot of my firewall options.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Try an alternative Usenet client like Grabit first.
At least it will tell you if SABnzbd is part of the problem or not.
