Problem Downloading

Post by MrCarder »

Just got home from work to find my Queue was still sitting there and realized I wasn't downloading. The "Speed" read 0 B/s. I double checked my connections, restarted the computer, restarted SABnzbd.

I use Astraweb.

Anyone have any idea what I need to do to fix this?

Let me know if you need additional information.

Thanks!

Not paused?
No individual items paused?
Check server setting in Config->Servers. Connections? Enabled?

I'm having the same issue, as far as i can tell. I checked my astraweb connection and the test was successful.

I have a file saying there are 0B left to download, but it's stuck in the queue, earlier i had multiple instances of it in my queue. There was also a finished version that was stuck on the "repairing..." status until i eventually could delete that. And before this, i had 2 failed attempts at different files from my usual source that were less than two weeks old, so i knew somethign had to be up.

I did some research to find that it's possible the par2 process froze and to end that in task manager, but i can't find any par2 process so that didn't work for me. Any additional help you can offer? I'd really like my downloading to be up and running soon :-S

Try setting the server as "optional" in Config->Servers.
There's a known locking issue when a server keeps timing out on a missing article.

BTW: a hanging par2 will not stop the downloading, only post-processing.
