[Fail] Delete "failed" Folders

Post by cpt.C »

Hi Guys,

at first i want to share how happy I am with sabnzbd, great programm ! Easy to use, and really great that you can control it via your browser.

Now lets start talking about my problem. For the last weeks I tried to download some nzb files, which weren`t unpacked successfully. No big deal, but after deleting them from the download queue and shutting down sabnzbd I am still not able to delete the empty folders manuallay. Every time I delete one of those "_failed_xyz" folders, they come back almost instantly. While having problems with some specific folders, I can delete other failed folders without any Problems.

This problem appears in every category sub-folder, even in the "normal" download folder (no category selected).

OS: Win7 64bit
Client: SABnzbd 0.5.6
Folder Stucture: C:\Users\[.....]\Documents\downloads\complete\[category folder]\_FAILED_cannot_delete_folder

Hope you guys can help me with this one

Stop SABnabd and delete the file postproc1.sab in the cache folder (See Config->Folders).

Consider upgrading to release 0.6.0 Beta3.
