I love how sabnzbd will automatically unrar my files and what not.
However there are occasions when there will be layers of zips or rars and then it turns to hell.
Namely if I download a rom set.
I end up sometimes with a folder 3-4x the size it should because it went unpacking like crazy.
Usually I end up deleting all but the original rar, then extracting it manually to ensure it doesnt go all whacky.
Is there a setting to only unpack that main file or is this a side effect?
Anyway to prevent unpacking of rars/zips in the main rar/zip?

Easy: put something in the download queue, and then while still downloading, on that line, in the third dropdown (saying "+Delete), select "+Repair" (or even only "Download").TheGlow wrote:

Seems to me +Delete would doom me in not knowing what was supposed to rarred into what...
I guess these big things Ill just need to remember and set em to not unrar and do it myself.

Personally I just disable the unzip in Config->Switches.
The first layer is often RAR, while nested files more often ZIPs.
