Right now I have SAB running on my PC with CP & SB. When the files are transferred to my new WHS (via a gigabit connection) I'll get buffering issues on another other machine streaming from WHS to XBMC. The network, memory, and CPU status seems to be ok on the WHS. It must be the actual writing to the drive that's causing the bottleneck.
Is there anything I can do about this that will help?
I'm thinking about installing SAB, CP, & SB on the WHS directly. Before I did that I wanted to feel people out.
Any help would GREATLY be appreciated.

Re: SAB files on PC -> WHS = XBMC Buffering from WHS [Help Needed]
A little late to respond here as I am a new user. However, I have been running Sab with SB directly on my WHS server for about 9 months now. I also installed and played with CP, but didn't care too much for it so cannot speak to that part much. That being said, I do put a pretty large load on my box. I was having the buffering problems (out to XBMC enabled HTPCs) you spoke of. Turned out to be due to demigrator.exe. If your buffering issues are intermittent I strongly suggest you take a look at the CPU percentage demigrator.exe is using on your system while the buffering is happening.
If you are not aware demigrator.exe will run every hour to move data around, while it is doing it's job I had problems with any decent sized stream 720p or above.
In essence my "fix" was to set up some mini .bat files to turn the demigrator service off during my primary TV watching hours. From what I have read there are no problems with doing this, although you would not want to always leave it off.
